More About the Prayer Pager
Update July 2005. Here is a prayer pager example of how the Lord of Hosts works. At a church prayer meeting a few months ago, I received a wrist band that had "Pray for Palmer" molded into it. I began to pray for Palmer Richardson, a 12 year old girl in Arkansas with leukemia. I visited Palmer's website, signed her guestbook and sent an email to her dad, Scott Palmer, describing the many benefits of the prayer pager.
Next thing I knew, Palmer had been provided with a pager and Scott had developed a new webpage on Palmer's website just for her pager.
Another couple of months transpired and a local TV station did a story on Palmer and her prayer pager. Please watch this 2 minute video. Click the Windows Media icon to view the story.
From Palmer's website, I found a link to Keena Graf, an 18 year old fighting soft tissue sarcoma. The first item on her menu is her prayer pager! This webpage says that the idea came from Scott Palmer, and Scott got the pager after corresponding with me, and of course I had a pager only because FBCR sent one to me.
It is wonderful to see the Lord at work and how one good thing leads to another.
