Ode to a Bandit... | |
|
You were clever. You were skilled. I was caught unawares while your pockets were filled. You succeeded this time, but your day will surely come, putting a permanent end to your fun. Yet for you I have hope; you can be more than a villain with crime as a dominate motif. The plan is simple and concise; even the thief on the cross heard the words, "today you'll be with Me in Paradise." I pray for you even now as you grope in the dark, spying opportunities, searching for another mark. | |
