On 04 July 2006, we went to see the fireworks at Fouts FIeld
at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas..
Lots of folks at this event, perhaps because of the ban on
fireworks everywhere in North Texas, which is no doubt
due in part to the lack of rain the past two years.
These first three pictures were taken by my son Andrew's cell phone.
Technology has come a long way since I was 17.
Back then, we all wanted 8-track tapes and CB radios.
This ominous picture of the moon was taken by Mr. Khandokar Igram
using a Nikon D70 camera on a tripod.
