![]() 29 February 2008: Lunch with my good friend Bill. It is interesting how treatments and procedures have changed in the past four years. For instance, Bill's tumor was kept alive after removal so that a series of sensitivity tests could be performed to see what chemo meds would be most effective for follow up treatments. I did not even know to ask about this in 2004. And Bill took radiation and Temodar for seven weeks, whereas everyone I know, including myself, did this for six weeks. |
